Resumo:

O objetivo deste trabalho é investigar a relação interna entre liberdade e reconhecimento em Hegel. O reconhecimento é a condição para a realização da liberdade. Por outro lado, só há o reconhecimento entre sujeitos livres que reconhecem o outro também como livre, tendo a autoconsciência de que a limitação recíproca das vontades subjetivas e individuais possibilita o reino da liberdade realizada, no direito e na ética. A mediação social das vontades, em instituições, realiza a liberdade objetiva, com o equilíbrio dos direitos e deveres, condição fundamental para realizar a justiça social, em que o indivíduo só tem direitos à medida que tem deveres, e tem deveres à medida que tem direitos. Essa ideia é fundamental e atual para pensarmos na responsabilidade coletiva com as ações humanas e suas consequências. O problema da articulação entre liberdade e reconhecimento implica a autoconsciência da responsabilidade intersubjetiva, o que faz do tema algo de extrema importância e com relevância social hodierna.

Abstract:

This article explores the internal relationship between the concepts of freedom and recognition in Hegel’s philosophy. According to Hegel, recognition is the necessary condition for the realization of freedom. However, recognition only occurs between subjects who are free and who acknowledge each other’s freedom. This recognition is based on the self-awareness that the reciprocal limitation of subjective and individual wills makes possible the realm of realized freedom, in law and ethics. In institutions, the objective freedom is realized through the social mediation of wills, balancing of rights and duties, which is a fundamental condition for achieving social justice, where the individual only has rights to the extent that he has duties, and he has duties the extent that he has rights. This perspective is fundamental and current to we reflect the collective responsibility with human actions and its consequences. The problem of the articulation between freedom and recognition implies the self-awareness of intersubjective responsibility, which makes the theme extremely important and socially relevant today
