Resumo:

Este artigo trata dos temas identidade e relação em Paul Ricoeur, buscando mostrar suas incidências ontológicas. Para isso, vamos apresentar as leituras que Ricoeur faz de Platão e Aristóteles e como, a partir deles, podemos dizer que identidade e relação, em nosso autor, são metacategorias, isto é, expressões que nos remetem a um pensamento sobre o ser, enquanto história do ser (metafísica) ou pensamento sobre um ser em específico (ontologia). É sabido que a valiosa teoria da identidade desenvolvida por Ricoeur é marcadamente fenomenológica, linguística e hermenêutica. Com essa exposição, queremos mostrar que essa mesma teoria possui incidências ontológicas, isto é, apontam características de profundidade e/ou altitude favorável à elaboração de um discurso ontológico.

Abstract:

This article deals with the themes of identity and relation in Paul Ricoeur, seeking to show their ontological incidences. To do so, we will present Ricoeur’s readings of Plato and Aristotle and how, based on them, we can say that identity and relation, in our author, are metacategories, that iso, expressions that lead us to a thought about being, while history of being (metaphysics) or thought about a specific being (ontology). It is well known that the valuable theory of identity developed by Ricoeur is markedly phenomenological, linguistic and hermeneutic. With this exposition, we want to show that this same theory has ontological incidences, that iso, they point to characteristics of depth and/or altitude that favor the elaboration of an ontological discourse.
